Jim Ressler, as President and Owner, continues the tradition of leadership and service set in place at Peiffer Machine by his father, Bob Ressler. An Engineer by trade and education, Jim enjoys the opportunity for hands-on involvement in custom-build projects, in particular.

Kelly Terlikosky, as Peiffer’s General Manager, oversees all facets of Peiffer’s day-to-day operations. She joined Peiffer in 2006, after nearly ten years in the Marketing Fulfillment industry, to expand the company’s sales efforts and to “learn the business” from her father, Jim Ressler.

Dave Peters, Sr. serves as Peiffer's Machine Services Manager. A veteran of the Rebuild/Retrofit business with over 30 years experience, Dave enjoys coordinating projects with customers and the Peiffer Team. Call Peiffer and ask for Dave Sr. to "talk shop" anytime!

Dale Harring, leader for Rebuild Projects at Peiffer, has more than 30 years of hands-on machine tool repair/rebuild experience. His knowledge about the inner workings of machinery is unsurpassed in the industry.

Custom Machine Build Team

Peiffer’s Production Team, led by David Peters, Jr. (first on left), is well versed in machine assembly, including both mechanical and electrical assembly work. Machining, welding, and painting complete the operation for custom machine building at Peiffer.

Machine Rebuild Team

Peiffer’s Rebuild/Service Team displays some common system components employed in complete rebuild jobs. Hard work and dedication to “jobs done right” have earned the Rebuild Team consistent high praise from Peiffer customers.
