Peiffer Machine carries all standard industry equipment, PLUS an enormous variety of specialized industrial machinery and machine tools not readily available elsewhere. Such a variety of equipment makes Peiffer capable of servicing every machine in your shop.

CALIBRATION & ALIGNMENT:  
Our laser alignment services positions your machine tools to ensure precise accuracy and top-level performance.

CUTTING TOOLS:  
We carry many high speed machine cutting tools, including laser cutting tools, a plasma cutter and several Radiac saws.

ELECTRONICS:  
We excel at troubleshooting; adjusting and repairing the electronic complications associated with numerically controlled (NC) and Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine tools. A majority of our CNC machine repairs and CNC retrofitting services cater to GE Fanuc repair and GE Fanuc programming.

ERROR-COMPENSATION:  
To neutralize the effects of troublesome bumps, dips and score marks located on the work surface of your machine, we'll reprogram your CNC calibration to compensate the difference.

GRINDING:  
Complete sets of surface grinding and cylindrical grinding equipment ensure a perfect match for any of your machines in need of level working surfaces.

PAINTING:  
We provide professional expertise in several painting mediums, including long-oil, urethane, acrylic, and epoxy.

SCRAPING & FLAKING:  
Truly an art form, the expertise of scraping and flaking takes years to master. Peiffer service technicians have meticulously developed and maintained these skills to give you the most accurate machine operations possible.

SHARPENING:  
Metal cutting and shear blades must remain sharp to maintain quality. Trust our sharpening services to keep your machinery on the "cutting edge."

WELDING:  
We offer a full variety of welding equipment. For all custom built machines and parts, we provide Tig, Mig and stick welding. We also weld stainless steel, aluminum and cast iron.
