Our Service Technicians respond to 140 service calls per year (on average), and offer you peace of mind with a total of over 200 years combined experience working with machine tools. We’ve seen and worked on nearly every make and model of machine tool put to good use in the last half century. Plus, all service work is warranted for 12 months under The Peiffer Pledge.

Located in Berks County, Pennsylvania, we are in close proximity to several major interstate highways and have easy access to regional airports for a quick trip to wherever you are. Our fleet of nine service vehicles is well maintained and well stocked for on-site repairs. Average response time to service calls is 24–48 hours.
